| so i need an outlet. twitter just doesn't cut it for me. and my family follows facebook..and they just don't get it... so i'm back up in the bay for a weekend, and whenever i comeback home, it makes me think all over again about life, what i want, and well...everything. cuz i really have to know what's important to me and remind myself of it...cuz my family can just drive me nuts. but anyways..as usual, i always come away with an appreciation of my friends, especially since i'm so bad at keeping in touch with people. as for you 2 or 3 peeps who are still using xanga regularly, that means especially you guys! anyways...just wanted to throw a shout out. i'm still alive. still got 2 more years of heavy schooling. but enjoying it all the while and learning a whole lot of neat practical stuff... | | |

eugene's wedding was....eventful. HAHA
good eventful for me i guess, since i wasn't part of most of the drama. at the end of the weekend though, i think cindy and eugene were very happy, and they had big smiles on their faces through most of the wedding, and so i'm very happy for them.
as for me, so far i've met up with good friends, had lots of good food, and even hung out with my cousin-in-law and went bike riding around marina del mar. he's really tempting me to move out to west LA where i can enjoy the better weather and the coast line!
now i'm slowly making my way down the 5 where I'll check out UCSD's hapkido club....and some more mexican food!
this was BEFORE most of the drinking started. Truong, in the middle, ironically WASN'T the one who nailed me in the face with his elbow. although he did get quite a few head locks and bitch slaps into my chest...

| ok...so getting a little stressed as i have to work a full 12 hour shift tomorrow before my killer wednesday....
but if anything, i'm just really pissed about Winnie's arbitration. the back story is that she had to take her ex landlord to small claims court b/c he's a penisless dick. he didn't pay her all of her deposit, and he charged her extra for random shit that he made up. anyways....according to the legal counsel, small claims doesn't award punitive damages. so this fucking guy pretty much only has to pay what he should have paid 6 months ago, and noting extra.
so basically, if i'm a landlord, whenever anyone moves out (or when i ask them to move out as in this case) i will only pay 10 dollars of your deposit.
if you sue me, i will drag it out for as long as i can, hoping you just forget about your money. if you end up going all the way, then fine, pay up. but according to this, your safe from paying anything extra.
some believe that karma will come back to those who deserve it. some others believe that karma is at the end of my big fucking fist. wonder which one i believe in?
